Practical visual media tools for Windows and the web
RizzView is a PhoenySoft project focused on video live wallpaper, browser-based video wallpaper creation, and media utility workflows for everyday users.
What We Build
RizzView is built around visual media: turning videos into desktop experiences, making wallpaper clips in the browser, and helping users save media they are allowed to access.
Video live wallpaper
The Windows app helps users set local or online videos as dynamic desktop wallpapers with simple playback controls.
Video wallpaper maker
The browser tool is designed for local video editing tasks such as trimming, cropping, muting, compression, and export.
Media download pages
RizzView also includes product pages for media-focused Chrome extensions and online download workflows.
Our Principles
We prefer focused tools with clear outcomes. RizzView does not try to become a heavy creative suite; it is designed to help users finish common visual media tasks with fewer steps.
For local video tools, privacy matters. When a page states that browser-side processing is used, the selected local files are handled in the browser rather than uploaded for server-side conversion.
For web download and third-party platform workflows, users are responsible for respecting copyright, platform rules, and applicable laws.
